The SF4-7 is a volumetric filler designed for filling
gel batteries to the vacuum principle.
The machine consists of a stand with a 2000mm belt
conveyor, a measuring unit and a filling unit with lifting table. Two tanks are
positioned behind the machine. One tank is used for the gel and second tank is
used for the mixing the gel and rinsing the machine after use. All parts coming
in direct contact with the acid are made of PVC or PP. All the other parts; such
as stand, cyliders, electrical cabinet etc. are made of acid-proof stainless
steel.
